The roots of ServiceBuilt Corporation were established in 2010 with the formation of Provenance Painting. What began as a residential painting company has now grown into a leading provider in the business to business sector, working closely with Custom Home Builders and quality-minded Commercial and Institutional customers.
Through the years, customers demanded an increased service offering beyond painting and in 2020 Finishing Guild was created. Our expanded finishing services include drywall and taping, tiling, light carpentry and general maintenance. Our customers now have a one-stop-shop for all of their home improvement and maintenance needs.
Most recently in 2022, Picture Perfect Painters joined the ServiceBuilt family of brands. Once again we are able to offer a tailored experience to our valued Homeowner and Interior Designer customers. In addition to painting, Picture Perfect provides specialty lime wash and plaster finishes, microcement application, wallpaper hanging, and shop-grade cabinet refinishing services.
Today, ServiceBuilt has become the Greater Toronto Area’s most reputable and specialized Professional Finishing Contractor. Our success has largely been built upon our Core Values.

WSIB provides no-fault collective liability insurance and access to industry-specific preventative health and safety information for both businesses and employees alike.
